Do "Prized Possessions" activity. Students will identify 5 prized possessions and will then choose one and write a paragraph explaining the importance/value of the possession. They will consider the plight of the Jews being boarded on trains carrying their most valuable possessions in a suitcase. Continue chapter 1 of Night. Journal.
